To pay your electricity bill through Mpesa in Kenya, follow these steps:

For Prepaid Users:

1. Open the Mpesa app on your phone.
2. Select the “Lipa na Mpesa” option.
3. Choose the “Paybill” option.
4. Enter the business number “888880”.
5. Enter your KPLC prepaid meter number.
6. Enter the amount you want to pay, between KSh100 and 35,000.
7. Enter your Mpesa pin and confirm the transaction.
8. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Mpesa, and a prepaid token will be generated and sent to you via SMS by KPLC.

For Postpaid Users:

1. Open the Mpesa app on your phone.
